Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at prolificdigital.com, operated by Prolific Digital, 828 E Market St, Suite 101, Louisville, KY 40206. You can reach us at 502.653.5977 or through our contact page.

We collect only what the site needs to do its job. Here is each case.

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you.
• Careers applications. Your name, email, phone number, portfolio link, resume file and cover letter, so we can consider you for a role. Submitting an application also sends an internal notification email to our team through Postmark.
• Where form data is stored. Contact and careers submissions are stored in our Notion workspace.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser information. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. It runs only on our production site.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile checks signals from your browser to do this.
• Hosting and server logs. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests and keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested.

Two demos in our showcase send what you provide to Anthropic, so its Claude models can generate a response. Please do not enter anything you consider sensitive.

• AI chat assistant. The text you type, and the earlier messages in the conversation, are sent to Anthropic. To answer, Claude may run web searches based on your question.
• Image alt text generator. The image you upload is sent to Anthropic to generate a description.

Our other demos use public data sets and do not send anything you provide to a third party.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you or, for careers applications, for hiring purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove it from our records.

• You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab), or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
• To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
