Full Stack Developer
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of design and engineering. You’ll work directly with our senior team to build modern web applications, ecommerce platforms, and custom integrations for clients who refuse to settle for average.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins following best practices
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, REST API)
- Familiarity with headless CMS architectures
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a small team
- Portfolio demonstrating quality craftsmanship
UX/UI Designer
We’re seeking a UX/UI Designer who understands that great design solves real problems. You’ll shape the digital experiences for organizations that matter, working closely with strategists and developers to create interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes
- Create intuitive, accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain design systems that scale
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented with precision
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, senior team
