Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can be the trusted day-to-day voice between our clients and our studio. You’ll own relationships end to end—understanding client goals, keeping projects on track, and making sure the work we deliver always earns their confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build strong, lasting relationships rooted in trust and clear communication
  • Understand each client’s business goals and translate them into actionable direction for the team
  • Coordinate with strategists, designers, and developers to keep deliverables aligned with client expectations
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and grow accounts over time
  • Prepare and lead status updates, presentations, and check-ins with clients

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role at an agency or studio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple accounts at once
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear direction for creative and technical teams
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving under deadline pressure
  • Genuine curiosity about clients’ businesses and industries

Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager who keeps ambitious work moving without losing sight of the details. You’ll partner with our creative and development teams to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time and on budget—without sacrificing the quality our clients expect.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, scope, and manage project timelines across design and development teams
  • Keep projects on budget and on schedule, flagging risks before they become problems
  • Facilitate team stand-ups, sprint planning, and internal reviews
  • Maintain clear project documentation and ensure the team has what it needs to do great work
  • Coordinate resourcing across concurrent projects
  • Partner with account management to keep clients informed on progress and next steps

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital projects at an agency or studio
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Experience balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of design and engineering. You’ll work directly with our senior team to build modern web applications, ecommerce platforms, and custom integrations for clients who refuse to settle for average.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins following best practices
  • Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
  • Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
  • Experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, REST API)
  • Familiarity with headless CMS architectures
