With an ambitious vision, UnCommons set out to create a thriving mixed-use community that combines work, living, dining, and entertainment into one seamless experience. Nestled in Las Vegas, UnCommons aimed to build a place where modern office spaces, stylish apartments, and crave-worthy restaurants come together in harmony. Our task was to create a digital presence that matched this innovative, community-driven environment and highlighted their focus on sustainability, human health, and the power of connection. Our Involvement

Our primary focus was on the design and development of a new website for UnCommons. The website features big, bold messaging complemented by lively imagery to capture the vibrant essence of the community. Additionally, we created branded merchandise to further promote the UnCommons brand, providing residents and visitors with items that represent the unique spirit of the community.

Branded Merchandise

To further promote UnCommons and extend its brand identity, we designed a range of branded merchandise. This collection includes business cards, mugs, coasters, hats, shirts, hoodies, socks, drumsticks, and other fun items. Each piece of merchandise was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique character of the community, offering both residents and visitors a tangible way to connect with the brand. The items not only enhance brand visibility but also add a layer of fun and personality to the UnCommons experience.

Location Directory

The website includes a comprehensive location directory showcasing all the stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues within UnCommons. Each location is highlighted with its own landing page, providing unique details and offerings to help visitors discover what makes each spot special.

Search Functionality

To enhance user experience, we integrated a powerful search functionality that allows users to easily find information about businesses, amenities, and events. This ensures that visitors can quickly access the information they need, making navigation simple and efficient.

Events Section

We developed a dedicated events section to keep the community informed about upcoming activities and gatherings. This section encourages engagement and connection, helping to bring the UnCommons community together through shared experiences and happenings.
