Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola

The partnership between Jack Daniel’s and Coca-Cola brought together two iconic brands to create a ready-to-drink beverage that is both classic and bold. Our task was to support this collaboration by creating a digital presence that effectively communicated the uniqueness of this product. We aimed to capture the spirit of both brands, highlighting the excitement of their combined flavors in an accessible and engaging way.

New Digital Experience

We created a completely new digital experience that never existed before for the Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola partnership. We worked closely with their newly created brand guidelines to ensure that every aspect of the website remained on-brand, aligning with the vision of both iconic brands. This included adhering to specific color schemes, typography, and overall brand voice to maintain consistency and reinforce brand identity across all touchpoints. This included developing a new website that supports major markets globally, with design features such as flexible font pairings that can easily be swapped out to support different languages. The site was designed to reflect the iconic identities of both brands while ensuring consistency and accessibility worldwide.

Product Locator Experience

We developed a product locator feature that allows consumers to easily find the Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola beverage in stores near them. This tool enhances user experience by providing real-time information on where the product is available, encouraging immediate purchase actions.

ePremise Experience

To support online purchasing, we created an ePremise experience that integrates with various online retailers. This feature ensures that consumers have an easy pathway to purchase Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola directly online, extending the availability beyond physical locations.

We’d built some sites with other external agencies — some of them were large while others were small — and this particular experience with Prolific Digital was great.

We had a lot of ambiguity around this project, but the team was great at communicating and soliciting as much feedback from the stakeholders as possible. Moreover, they were open to all of the complexities of the project. Some of these complexities weren’t usually seen in web-building projects, and they truly helped us navigate around them.

Prolific Digital had a great vision for the experience and exhibited great flexibility. The stakeholders were much more hands-on with this project than with a typical website. Given that, the quality of the team’s work truly showed through as far as being a partner and building experiences were concerned.

Age Gate Implementation

Given the nature of the product as an alcoholic beverage, we implemented an age gate to comply with legal restrictions. The age gate ensures that only users of legal drinking age can access the product information, providing a seamless yet compliant user experience.

The Prolific Digital team hit all their marks unless we were delayed by something such as approvals from stakeholders. They helped in every aspect of project management and provided weekly updates. Their members had open communication and a refreshing approach to partnering with an agency to build a website.
