Guestbed
Guestbed was a passion project born out of a big idea: to create a service similar to rideshare but for hauling large items. Think of it as haul share—helping people with deliveries that are too big for their cars, just like calling on that neighbor who has a truck when you need one. We came up with the concept, developed the branding, and designed the visual identity to make Guestbed approachable, practical, and community-focused.

Our Services
What we’re best at.
Concept Development and Branding
We originated the idea of Guestbed, identifying a gap in the market for a reliable, peer-to-peer haul share service. The branding was built to evoke a sense of community and helpfulness, with a visual identity that was both friendly and professional. The logo, color palette, and tone of voice were crafted to resonate with users, making Guestbed feel like a trusted neighbor who’s always there to lend a hand.
Design for Engagement
The design focused on simplicity and accessibility, making it easy for users to understand the service and get involved. We developed clear user flows and intuitive layouts to ensure that customers could effortlessly book a delivery or volunteer their vehicle. The visual elements highlighted the convenience and reliability of the service, with a friendly and inviting interface that made haul sharing feel approachable and straightforward.
Strategic Positioning
To position Guestbed effectively, we focused on emphasizing the community-driven nature of the service. The messaging was centered around the idea of neighbors helping neighbors, tapping into a culture of shared resources and support. By aligning Guestbed with the values of convenience, sustainability, and community, we aimed to make the platform attractive to both users needing help and those willing to assist.
