Our Story
We are scrappy, not crappy.
Prolific is young — conceived in early 2021 during one of the most tumultuous moments in our lifetime to be taking a risk on a new venture — formed out of a frustration with the way things are and a strong conviction to make them better. People are at the heart of everything we do — our relationships and solutions all hinge on the people who plan, create, and experience them.
We like to run with a lean team of talented folks who have an unrelenting passion to create thoughtful experiences for real people, without all the red tape. We pride ourselves on the qualities we think are more important: we are curious, thoughtful, playful, empathetic, creative, tenacious, committed, transparent, agile, and above all — honest.
Unwavering in our devotion to create meaningful work — we leave our egos at the door, tear down silos and are never too righteous or rigid to let process stand in the way of progress.
