Altly is one of our very own innovative products, designed to make the internet a more accessible place for all. Altly is an AI-powered alt text generator that visually assesses images and creates accurate descriptions, helping websites stay compliant and accessible. Our goal was to break down digital barriers by offering tools like alt text automation, batch generation, and detailed reporting. By supporting platforms like WordPress, Drupal, and more, Altly ensures that accessibility is easy, efficient, and impactful.

Branding and Messaging

We led the complete branding and messaging work for Altly, ensuring the product’s identity conveyed its purpose of accessibility, innovation, and ease of use. The branding centered around creating an inclusive, modern look that communicated the importance of digital accessibility in a friendly and approachable way.

Design and Development

Our team designed and developed both the Altly platform and its website. The platform includes a WordPress plugin capable of scanning entire media libraries for missing alt text, generating descriptions using AI, and updating them seamlessly. The website was designed to clearly present Altly’s features and value proposition, with a focus on user engagement and intuitive navigation.

Altly’s core functionality revolves around making alt text generation straightforward and effective. We developed a powerful platform capable of batch processing thousands of images, with an integrated WordPress plugin that automatically scans and updates alt text for images within the media library.
