Driven by their focus on cultivating a culture around their value of care, we collaborated with a partner agency on a meaningful project aimed at supporting Zoom’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. This effort was led in collaboration with a partner agency to create a platform that emphasizes Zoom’s commitment to inclusivity, aiming to amplify diverse voices and foster an inclusive environment within the company and beyond.

Development Partnership
In this project, we worked exclusively as the development partner, collaborating closely with the partner agency spearheading the Diversity and Inclusion effort. Our role was to take the creative and strategic vision provided by the partner agency and transform it into a functional, user-friendly digital platform. We focused on delivering a technically robust solution that seamlessly supported Zoom’s initiative, from front-end interaction to back-end stability, ensuring a smooth and impactful user experience for all participants.
Technical Implementation
The project required careful implementation of features that would enhance user interaction while emphasizing accessibility and inclusiveness. We ensured that the platform was built to be scalable, responsive, and compliant with accessibility standards, allowing the Diversity and Inclusion messages to reach a broad audience effectively. By focusing on high-quality coding practices, our goal was to create a secure and reliable platform that facilitated meaningful engagement.
