Kentucky Derby Social Campaign
To boost brand awareness during one of Louisville’s busiest events, we designed and developed a comprehensive social media campaign for Derby week. This included static, animated, carousel, and story ads aimed at driving foot traffic to Biscuit Belly’s locations. The campaign captured the fun and vibrant essence of the Derby, positioning Biscuit Belly as a must-visit brunch spot for both locals and visitors.
New Store Opening Billboard Campaign
To support Biscuit Belly’s expansion into new markets, we created a billboard campaign to increase brand and location awareness. The billboards featured bold imagery and messaging designed to reflect the brand’s personality and create excitement about the new locations.
Customer Loyalty and Birthday Campaigns
We helped Biscuit Belly strengthen customer relationships by designing a series of loyalty emails. Customers received rewards for reaching milestones, such as free food or discounts, adding an element of fun and surprise to their experience. Additionally, we launched a birthday campaign celebrating another year of Biscuit Belly. This included promotions like free food for the celebrant and special offerings for kids, such as a coloring food mat, enhancing the sense of community and customer appreciation.
“Peach, Please” Campaign
This campaign, inspired by Biscuit Belly’s founder, promoted their new peach dessert in a bold, memorable way. We pushed the concept into an exciting visual direction that spanned posters, social media campaigns, and targeted emails. The campaign highlighted the new dessert while keeping the brand’s signature playful tone, driving engagement and in-store visits.
In-Store Mural and Hiring Campaign
To further enhance the in-store experience, we designed murals that showcased the biscuit-making process in a high-level, visually appealing way. This not only added character to the space but also engaged customers with the brand story. We also created a hiring campaign that included window clings, posters, and outdoor signage to help recruit staff for new locations—reinforcing the brand’s identity while attracting new talent.
Seasonal Pumpkin Spice Bonuts Campaign
We designed an in-store video campaign for the release of their seasonal Pumpkin Spice Bonuts. The looping animation, displayed in-store, created excitement around the seasonal offering and helped drive sales. This campaign was a fun, visually engaging way to promote Biscuit Belly’s limited-time menu items.
