EKCEP

The Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP) aims to connect people in Eastern Kentucky with meaningful employment opportunities, supporting job seekers, employers, and economic development throughout the region. We worked with EKCEP to reposition their brand, merge two key websites, and create a cohesive, impactful digital presence that better serves their mission. The new website consolidates EKCEP’s main site and the Kentucky Career Center JobSight into one seamless platform.

Brand Repositioning

We worked closely with EKCEP to reposition their brand, refining their visual identity to better reflect their role in supporting the Eastern Kentucky workforce. The updated branding emphasizes their commitment to community, opportunity, and economic resilience, creating a consistent and engaging experience across all touchpoints.

Copywriting

The copy for EKCEP was developed to be clear, informative, and empowering. Our goal was to communicate EKCEP’s offerings in a way that resonates with job seekers, employers, and community partners. We crafted content that highlights available services, emphasizes success stories, and inspires users to engage with the resources provided by EKCEP.

Website Design and Development

The new EKCEP website brought together two previously separate platforms—the main EKCEP site and the Kentucky Career Center JobSight. The merged website was designed to provide a streamlined experience for users, offering easy access to employment resources, training programs, and support services. Our design approach prioritized user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation and a visually appealing interface that guides users to the information they need.

Impact

By merging the two websites and repositioning the EKCEP brand, we helped create a more cohesive and efficient platform that simplifies access to services for job seekers and employers. The updated digital experience supports EKCEP’s mission to foster economic growth and empower the workforce of Eastern Kentucky, ultimately making a positive impact on the community.
